It aims to revolutionize the approach to discovering your strengths in both private and professional contexts. Using the potential of advanced machine learning architectures, as well as the knowledge and experience of psychologists, a system for individual psychometric analysis was developed. The aim of this idea is to recommend appropriate and individually tailored fields of study or professional areas.

Choosing the right profession or field of study is one of the key and life-long challenges that young people face. Decisions at this stage cannot be random or focused on majority choice. They cannot be dictated by internal coercion. Young people should be directed towards internal self-fulfillment. In harmony with oneself, a given person will be able to fully fulfill his or her interests and passions, taking into account his or her own strengths.

The myTalent.link tool offers an individual approach to each person. On the basis of a psychometric examination, which consists of a series of questions, it is possible to extract a person's internal needs, which, when collected and compared, allow for the determination of professional predispositions. Working with a team of psychologists, a system was developed that is powered by many advanced AI algorithms. They are used for in-depth analysis and, consequently, identification of strengths. The results are correlated with the user's passions and interests. On this basis, the software recommends fields of study or specific professional areas. The system also provides ongoing development tips, which are selected based on the profiling results obtained. They help shape the user's strengths.

The product was received with great enthusiasm by young people from secondary schools in the Częstochowa district. In total, over 1,500 people were successfully examined in the 3 months since the start of the project. The project also attracts interested people looking for work. Our product has already been used by almost 700 job seekers within 3 months!
